Sales Development Representative
Compensation: Competitive base + bonus (meetings set) + equity
Location: El Segundo, CA (Los Angeles area)
Work Policy: 5 days/week on-site

What Will You Do?
Prospect and generate new pipeline through high-volume outbound activity (cold calls, email, LinkedIn).
Research and identify companies that align with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Follow up on inbound leads from campaigns, webinars, and website inquiries.
Engage prospects to uncover business needs, pain points, and buying timelines.
Use qualification frameworks such as BANT and MEDDIC to assess opportunities.
Schedule and generate sales-ready meetings for the Account Executive team.
Maintain clean, accurate records of all outreach and activity in HubSpot.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness.
Provide feedback on lead quality and customer insights to refine go-to-market strategy.

What Will You Need?
1–3 years of outbound sales or sales development experience (SaaS preferred).
Open to high-potential candidates looking to launch their career in sales.
Comfort and confidence with cold calling and phone-based prospecting.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with high motivation and self-management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Strong team orientation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
